Shipping policy

Order processing time

Our orders are processed within 1-2 days. During seasonal times (e.g., Christmas) processing may take up to 5 days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Ship times

Little Tree Studio ships to Canada and the United States. Orders shipping within Canada should arrive within 3-7 business days. Orders shipping internationally may take up to 3 weeks.

Little Tree Studio is not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control and are not responsible for loss or damage due to shipping.

Shipping Costs

Orders shipping within Canada are based on rates set by the Canada Postal Service. 

Orders shipping to the United States are based on Standard and Express International rates set by the Canada Postal Service. 

Local Delivery and Pick-up

Free pickup is offered on any Little Tree Studio purchase. Local Delivery is offered with a 30km radius of Little Tree Studio. For drives beyond 10km, $20 will be charged.
